Comprehensive Airline Preparation Program

Getting a CPL is one thing. Getting a seat on the flight deck is another.

This program bridges the gap between commercial pilot training and airline hiring standards. In 2.5 months - 4 focused hours every day - you cover DGCA ground subjects at airline examination depth, ADAPT psychometric screening, Airbus A320 systems end-to-end, and full GD/PI preparation. Four areas airlines actually screen for, in one structured program.

Looking for just the interview track? See our GD & PI Course (₹30,000).

What The Program Covers

Four modules. Each one targets a specific filter in the airline selection process.

012 hrs/day
Advanced DGCA Ground Refresher

Navigation, Technical General, Meteorology, and Air Regulation - rebuilt from the ground up for airline written examinations. Not a CPL recap. A systematic re-engagement with the concepts airlines actually test.

  • Earth & Geometry · Direction · Magnetic Compass
  • Dead Reckoning · GPS & GNSS · ILS · TCAS
  • Pressure Instruments · Gyro Theory · RADAR
  • METARs & SIGMETs · Air Regulation · RVSM · LVP
021 hr/day
ADAPT Screening Preparation

Most CPL holders walk into ADAPT cold - and fail. We run you through cognitive drills, mental arithmetic, physics principles, and simulated test environments until the format feels routine.

  • Distance · Time · Speed · Area calculations
  • Ohm's Law · Power · Optics · Classical Mechanics
  • Numerical Series · Mental Arithmetic
  • Psychometric Test Modules I, II & III
  • Full simulated ADAPT test environment run
031 hr/day
Airbus A320 Preparation

System-by-system walkthrough of the A320 - from Air Conditioning to the APU, from Auto Flight to the FMS. The final weeks shift to cockpit orientation sessions that simulate what you'll face in a type rating assessment.

  • Air Conditioning · Pressurization · Auto Flight
  • Flight Controls · Fuel · Hydraulic · Electrical
  • Landing Gear · Navigation · Surveillance
  • APU · Engines · Cockpit Windows
  • Sim/Cockpit Mock Orientation (8 sessions)
04Lec 41–45
Group Discussion & Personal Interview

The final block. Aviation current affairs, situation-based questions, communication under pressure, and mock interview panels with feedback. You go into your airline interview having already done it before.

  • Aviation current affairs & industry awareness
  • Situation-based & competency questions
  • Communication skills & professional presence
  • Mock GD sessions with structured debrief
  • Full PI mock with panel-format feedback

Technical Transition Phase

Specialization Blocks - Technical General & ADAPT Mastery

From Lecture 32 onward, the focus shifts. This is where CPL general knowledge gets upgraded into airline-testing depth - and ADAPT preparation moves from theory into timed simulation.

Who This Program Is For

CPL holders targeting IndiGo, Air India, Akasa Air, or similar airline recruitment
Pilots who have cleared DGCA exams but need to sharpen their airline-exam-level knowledge
Candidates who have failed ADAPT screening and need structured test preparation
Pilots approaching type rating and wanting A320 systems groundwork before simulator sessions
Anyone who wants the full airline-readiness package - not just interview prep

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the program cover?

Four modules - DGCA Ground Refresher (Navigation, Technical General, Meteorology, Air Regulation), ADAPT Screening Prep (psychometric, mental math, physics), A320 Systems & Simulator Orientation, and GD/PI coaching. 2.5 months, 4 hours per day.

How is this different from the GD & PI Course?

The GD & PI Course (₹30,000) covers only interview and communication preparation. This program adds DGCA ground subject refresher, ADAPT test training, and A320 systems preparation - making it the full pre-airline package.

Do I need A320 knowledge before joining?

No. The A320 module builds from basics through to cockpit orientation. Prior type rating is not required.

What is ADAPT and who uses it?

ADAPT is an airline pre-screening test covering cognitive ability, numerical reasoning, psychometric profiling, and physics. Airlines including IndiGo use it before the interview stage. The program prepares you with module-wise practice and a full simulated test run.

Is this only for pilots?

The DGCA, ADAPT, and A320 modules are pilot-specific. The GD/PI module is applicable to both pilots and cabin crew candidates. Cabin crew applicants wanting only the interview track should see our GD & PI Course.

How many hours per day is the program?

4 hours per day - 2 hours of Navigation or Technical General, 1 hour of Meteorology or ADAPT, and 1 hour of A320 Systems or Sim Orientation.
